Welcome to 5ph2 (the "Platform", "Service", "Website", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 5ph2, governing your access to and use of all services offered through the website located at https://5ph2.cam and any related mobile applications, software, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and not register an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 5ph2 effective as of the date you first access the Service or register an account, whichever occurs first.

1.2 Capacity to Contract. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not prohibited by law from accessing or using online gambling services;
• All information you provide to 5ph2 is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

1.3 Amendments. 5ph2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 Language. These Terms are prepared and published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for, access, or use any real-money gaming services offered by 5ph2. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Identity Verification. 5ph2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension, deposit forfeiture, or withdrawal rejection.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Service is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. 5ph2 reserves the right to restrict or deny Service access from certain jurisdictions without prior notice or explanation.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from using the Service:

• Individuals under the age of 21 years;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal;
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of 5ph2, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services;
• Persons acting on behalf of third parties or using accounts that do not belong to them.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation. To access real-money gaming services on 5ph2, you must register for a personal account. You may hold only one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Information. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if any changes occur.

3.3 Username and Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and keep it secure;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify 5ph2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

5ph2 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification and compliance checks. 5ph2 reserves the right to retain account records as required by law and regulatory obligations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

4.1.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 5ph2 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.1.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player status (standard, VIP). Deposit limits may be adjusted at 5ph2's sole discretion.

4.1.3 Ownership of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 5ph2 account are legally yours, were obtained lawfully, and are not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity. 5ph2 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to reject deposits suspected of originating from illicit sources.

4.1.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.2.1 Withdrawal Requests. You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time via the Cashier section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 5ph2.

4.2.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos).

4.2.3 Verification Requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 5ph2 may require identity verification documents (Know Your Customer – KYC). Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete. Typical verification turnaround is 24–48 hours.

4.2.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 30 minutes during business hours;
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): Typically within 1 hour after approval.

5ph2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2.5 Withdrawal Fees. 5ph2 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals may incur a processing fee as specified in the Cashier section at the time of request.

4.2.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance. In accordance with Philippine AML regulations, 5ph2 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawals for investigation, or report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Players must complete a minimum wagering turnover of 1× (one times) their total deposits before withdrawals are eligible for processing.

5. Gaming Rules and Player Conduct

5.1 Fair Play. All games offered on 5ph2 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers operating under strict regulatory standards. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and certified algorithms. 5ph2 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform in a manner not intended by the game design;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform staff;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs through systematic exploitation;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal purpose;
• Circumventing technical restrictions, geographic blocks, or account limitations imposed by 5ph2.

5.3 Game Disputes. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disputed outcome, 5ph2's decision is final and binding. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to your account balance. Wins generated during a verifiable system malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

5.4 Responsible Wagering. 5ph2 encourages all players to wager only amounts they can afford to lose. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a means of income generation or financial recovery. 6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 5ph2 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified on the applicable promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible account holders as determined by 5ph2. 5ph2 reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk staking patterns, or coordinated play with other users — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstance.

6.5 VIP Program. 5ph2 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program. Entry into and progression within the VIP program is at the sole discretion of 5ph2. VIP status and associated benefits may be revoked at any time if a player breaches these Terms or engages in conduct considered detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

7.1 Player Obligations. You acknowledge that gambling can become problematic and agree to engage with the Platform in a responsible and controlled manner. You accept that 5ph2 bears no liability for losses incurred through your use of the Service beyond what is expressly provided in these Terms.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. 5ph2 provides voluntary self-exclusion tools that allow you to restrict your access to the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 5ph2 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce it. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the agreed period expires will not be honored.

7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits on your account at any time through the Account Settings section. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they become active.

7.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. 5ph2 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. We employ age verification measures and cooperate with parental control software providers. If we have reason to believe an account is being used by a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending investigation and will void and return all deposits made by the underage user.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 5ph2 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 5ph2 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without 5ph2's prior written consent.

8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise copy or extract content from the Platform using any automated or manual means without express written permission from 5ph2.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the 5ph2 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

9.2 Data Retention. 5ph2 retains player data for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, or longer if required by law or ongoing regulatory investigations. This retention obligation applies regardless of whether you have exercised your right to deletion under applicable data protection laws.

9.3 Regulatory Disclosure. Notwithstanding any other provision of our Privacy Policy, 5ph2 is required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies upon lawful demand. Such disclosures will be made without notice to you where legally required.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 Service Provided "As Is". The 5ph2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 No Guarantee of Availability. 5ph2 does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond our control may render the Service temporarily unavailable.

10.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5ph2's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 5ph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if 5ph2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Gambling Losses. 5ph2 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Service. All gaming activity is voluntary, and outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live game mechanics beyond 5ph2's control. Players accept all financial risk associated with gambling when they register an account.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Grounds for Suspension. 5ph2 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, cheating, or collusion;
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you or your payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• Complaint or investigation by a regulatory authority;
• Protection of 5ph2's business interests or the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited at 5ph2's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, collusion, or AML violations. Where termination is initiated by 5ph2 without fault on your part, your account balance will be returned to you subject to verification.

11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to closure. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Regulatory Oversight. 5ph2 is regulated under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have exhausted 5ph2's internal dispute resolution process may submit complaints to PAGCOR's player assistance mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations.

12.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact 5ph2 Customer Support and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for us to attempt to resolve your complaint informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to mediation or arbitration as determined by applicable Philippine law.

12.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the mechanisms described above.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5ph2 with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

13.3 No Waiver. The failure of 5ph2 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver by 5ph2 shall be effective unless made in writing.

13.4 Assignment. 5ph2 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity, parent company, or affiliated entity without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.

13.5 Force Majeure. 5ph2 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet disruptions, power outages, pandemics, or civil unrest.
